Located in Dallas County, Texas is Garland which is just a few miles north of Dallas and a suburb of the major city. The population was over 200,000 residents as of the 2000 census at the time making it the tenth largest city in Texas and the 86th most populous city in the country. Some popular subdivisions include Buckingham North, Apollo, Arapaho & Camelot located minutes from Oakridge Country Club, Keningston Gardens located right along Lake Ray Hubbard and Picket Place right off Highway 161.
